Lead Full Stack Web Developer

  • Lead a team of 15+ developers — sprint planning, code review, technical decisions and release sign-off across the product line.
  • Own the company's primary revenue-driving website end to end, serving roughly 500K visitors.
  • Re-architected hosting on AWS EC2 with CloudFront caching, cutting monthly infra spend while improving load times.
  • Replaced manual releases with a GitHub Actions pipeline into Dockerised containers behind Nginx — now the deployment standard on every project.
  • Built the internal Lead & Student Management portal on Spring Boot + MySQL: enquiry capture, registration, RBAC, attendance and a fee ledger with automated receipts and reminders.
  • Engineered a browser-based online compiler for Java, JS, Python and C++ with isolated per-submission containers and a Redis + BullMQ job queue.
  • Scaled outbound delivery to ~100K emails/day via Amazon SES with 25+ concurrent workers, retry and backoff handling.
  • Currently architecting the platform's LMS — Spring Data JPA models with live classroom updates over WebSocket.
